With over 11 years in the dental field, Taylor started her journey as a dental assistant and earned her RDH license in 2019. Her cross-training and clinical expertise make her a true asset to our team — she wears many hats to ensure each patient has a smooth, caring experience! Taylor is passionate about creating a welcoming and safe space for both patients and team members alike. Outside the office, you’ll find her soaking up the outdoors with her husband and their two wonderful kids. Whether it’s adventuring or enjoying quality family time, Taylor makes every moment count!

Olivia
Dental Assistant

With over 3 years of experience, Olivia brings clinical excellence, precision, and compassion to every patient she assists. From chairside care to patient education, she helps make each visit smooth and stress-free for both patients and team members. Her attention to detail and dedication to keeping things organized play a big role in creating a high-quality experience at our office. Outside of work, Olivia is preparing to welcome her baby girl — an exciting new adventure just around the corner!

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

With over 30 years of experience in dentistry, Kelly brings expertise, heart, and creativity to every patient she cares for. Her compassionate and well-rounded approach ensures that each visit is not only effective, but also comfortable and reassuring. Kelly focuses on patient education, periodontal therapy, and long-term oral health, always committed to helping you understand and maintain your healthiest smile. Outside the office, Kelly enjoys spending quality time with her family and relaxing with her favorite true-crime shows on Court TV.

Veronica "Vee"
Dental Assistant

Vee is a dedicated member of the Prime Smile family since 2020. With nearly a decade of experience in dentistry, Vee is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their smiles. Known for her positive attitude, gentle approach, and attention to detail, she enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients while assisting with life-changing dental procedures.

Vee believes every person's oral health matters and loves seeing patients regain the confidence to smile again. Outside the office, she enjoys riding motorcycles, fishing, scenic drives, spending time in the mountains, and making memories with family and friends.

Tessie
Operations Manager

Tessie began her career in dentistry in 2005 and has built her career around leadership, operations, and creating exceptional patient experiences. As Operational Manager at Prime Smile Dental Care, she is passionate about creating efficient systems, supporting her team, and ensuring every patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

She believes the best dental care is built on strong relationships, clear communication, and a team that genuinely enjoys caring for others. When she's not at the office, you'll usually find Tessie spending time with her husband, Aaron, their children, Cheyenne and Jackson, binge-watching a great mystery thriller, or spoiling the family's three golden retrievers.
